I saw this on a blog and had to see it. If you do see it, have a tissue handy. I was bawling at my desk at work. People probley think I am so hormonal! Anyway, it is worth the look.

All tuckered out...

Sofia was on Artyom's shoulders and I could tell she was tired, what I didnt notice was that she fell asleep right on his shoulders resting her head on his. It was so cute I made Artyom stop so I could capture it.

She was one tired little girl.

New Year's at the Beach

This is the annual trip that has become a tradition for 2 years now! We will see if we can make it a long standing one as it is so much fun. We went with some of the Mager family and a few other friends. All together there were 11 adults an 3 kids. We had a great time and got some cute pics of Sofia at the beach.

The Wii

This must have been THE hot item on Santa's Christmas list because in the few "post Christmas" calls I have made to other friends with children, many have now added a Wii to thier home. I am proud to say I have yet to try my luck with the hand held controller and enjoy watching th kids (Artyom included) have the fun. I caught this pic the day Dave and Krystal's kids got thier Wii. No one even noticed I took it.

Christmas

Since Sofia was still pretty unaware of what was going on, besides the fact that her cousins were giddy around her and everyone seemed to be opening things, we had it easy and just let her enjoy the day. I think she liked watching everyone else open thier stuff more than her own. I know, I know, enjoy it while it lasts. Soon she will be making her Christmas list and giving it to us in July...Until then...

GOTCHA!!

Artyom and I knew there was somthing amiss when we did not hear Sofia for a few minutes. It was his watch and that essentially means that I have to be on an extra watch...keeping an eye on the both of them. Me watching him and him watching her. When I caught her in the act the first word out of her mouth in the sweetest tone ever was "Hi." as if that made everything ok. Well it ended up being a really cute pic and a lesson learned...

She now knows how to unravel the TP.

Christmas

This is the first year that we decided to not wrap the Santa gifts. Ryan and I have not agreed on this yet because my mom always wrapped everything. Anyway we (meaning mostly me) were just to tired to wrap another gift. So the kids woke up to a few unwrapped gifts. It was actually fun. I am undecided what to do next year. I guess it will depend on my tired meter.
Here are McKena and Mason with their Christmas cookies for Santa. McKena even got some reindeer food from school to sprinkle on the grass the night before. I am now just remembering that she forgot to check the next morning to be sure it was gone. I guess it was evident that Santa had come when she saw all of the gifts. Our family of six in our Christmas pjs. We had a great day.
